I'm approaching 30 days sobriety - the point when I seem to lose my strength and begin acting out again. I've always seen 30 days as an accomplishment and imagine that I've gained control over lust. Today, I'm not going to worry about "my accomplishment". I'll remember that the world record for recovery is 24 hours. Tomorrow will bring what it brings; but just for today I will stay sober with the help of my Higher Power.
