I'm a chronic procrastinator but in one area my procrastination worked. I used it do delay going online. I'd write down the "search" I really needed to do....and I'd tell myself I'd do it in the morning. And it worked. In the morning, something else was on my mind and my "search" seemed childish and unimportant. The biggest hurdle I had was learning to make myself do what I didn't want to do - which was to change up my unhealthy routines and substitute the unhealthy habits with something less toxic.
