Facing myself in your light

I have always viewed feedback as a personal attack rather than constructive information.  Now, I'm learning to face myself in the light of your experience and recovery. Sometimes it is overwhelming and I want to rebel but I am learning that if I breath (pause when agitated) and receive the input of others it often teaches me the very lesson I need to learn.
